3. How we receive information
We may receive information directly from you by phone, email, the online quote service, contact forms, or in person. We may also receive relevant information from an insurer, garage, fleet operator, finance company, recovery partner, payment provider, or another person arranging the service.
The homepage requests current public rating, review-count, and selected review information for the AFB Recovery place listing from Google Maps Platform. Google supplies the review text, rating, date description, reviewer display name, attribution link, and reporting link shown on the page. Reviewer profile photos are not requested, loaded, or displayed.
4. How we use information

We do not sell personal information. We may share the minimum information needed with our recovery team, service providers, insurers, garages, fleet or business customers, payment providers, IT and hosting providers, professional advisers, or authorities where there is a legal requirement or a legitimate safety reason.
The online quote service is hosted at booking.afbrecovery.com and may have its own privacy notice, terms, cookies, and data-processing arrangements. The notices shown there apply when you submit personal details through that service. This policy does not replace the external provider’s own policy.
6. Retention and security
We keep information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, including service delivery, accounting, insurance, legal, complaint, and dispute-resolution requirements. Retention periods may vary by record type.
Google review content is requested when the page is used and is not written to AFB Recovery's website database or browser storage. The website retains the Google place ID so it can request the correct business listing. If Google is unavailable, the review content is not replaced with an older stored copy.
We use reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect information. No email, phone call, website, or online service can be guaranteed completely secure, so please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may have rights to ask for access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. You may also have rights relating to portability and consent.
